Health and Wellness
OutCast currently pays a portion of the Aetna PPO medical plan benefits for all employees and their dependents. OutCast pays 100% of dental premiums for all employees and their dependents under the Guardian Dental PPO, and 100% of the employee premium for Guardian Vision Plan. OutCast also provides an Employee Assistamce Program, offers 100% company paid Life/AD&D and both Short and Long Term Disability Insurance coverage to all employees.

Paid Time Off
Unless you work in Europe, you won’t find a better policy than this. OutCast offers 21 vacation days during your first year at OutCast, 25 days beginning with your second working year, 30 days beginning with your fifth working year, and 35 days beginning in your sixth working year.

Profit Sharing
The success of OutCast is a common goal of every employee. This is manifested through the OutCast profit sharing program. Vesting in the program begins after one year of employment. Employees are fully vested after their 6th anniversary at OutCast. The profit sharing contributions are made annually to eligible employees.

The Balance Fund
Balance is a core value at OutCast. To help ensure that each and every OutCast integrates balance into their life, we created the Balance Fund. After 6 months of employment, simply turn in a Balance Fund expense report and receive up to $500 toward whatever you wish each calendar year. Take French lessons. Learn to play piano. Go out to a nice dinner with a French piano instructor. Really. It’s that simple.

The Excellence and Integrity Award
Each quarter, one OutCast is rewarded for going above and beyond the call of publicity. This carries a lot of weight here because your peers vote upon the award. Along with the recognition of your co-workers, the award includes a commemorative plaque and $500 bones. Plus you get bragging rights for three months. There is no truth to the rumor that this award increases your chances of making People Magazine’s 50 Most Beautiful People issue.

401K Plan
When you are ready to retire, you’ll be covered. We can’t promise that your grandchildren will be cute, but we can help finance their birthday parties. OutCast offers a comprehensive 401(K) program. Employees are immediately eligible to participate in the 401(K) plan.

Ongoing Training
If we aren’t always learning something new, then we tend to get antsy. That’s what we like about this industry. OutCast recognizes the importance of ongoing learning so to help us all keep up, we offer a variety of training forums. Internal and external experts cover topics such as account management, media, investor relations, writing, presentation skills, and more. We even have some of the industries leading journalists, analysts and thinkers stop by to share their experience. Even the Leadership Team gets away every quarter to take a deep dive into an important topic.

Gym Membership
You want to sweat about something besides getting a cover story? OutCast offers employees the opportunity to participate in our corporate gym membership. Members have access to 24 Hour Fitness facilities nationwide. Those who prefer to watch television and eat chips are welcome to do so. Who are we to judge?

Parental Leave
OutCast provides parental benefits of up to three weeks of paid leave for eligible full-time employees who become parents via birth or adoption during their employment to spend time with his or her new child.

Balance Leave
OutCast recognizes that at some point in our careers we all think about taking a break from work to travel, spend time with family, or simply take time to try something new. Unfortunately for most people the only time to do this is in between jobs. At OutCast we offer employees who have completed 5 years of continuous service the opportunity for an extended leave for a period of up to 6 weeks without having to leave the organization.

Commuter Checks
OutCast offers employees the opportunity to register for commuter benefits using a pre-tax payroll deduction. Employees can apply this benefit toward monthly transportation passes on public transportation or for monthly parking garages, even to set up a commuter debit account for infrequent commuting costs. The monthly pre-tax deduction each employee may take is $230.00 per month.

Because of our relationship with Dell, OutCast employees are eligible to receive a discount of up to 12% off of any Dell Dimension Desktop or Inspiron Notebook.  Notebooks will come in handy when you are on MUNI or BART, because we also offer the opportunity to register for commuter benefits using a pre-tax payroll deduction.  OutCasts can apply this to monthly transportation passes, pay for monthly parking garages, or set up a commuter debit account.  We officially discourage our employees from simultaneously driving and working on their laptops.
